weddingrafaela.gr sends you its products with the courier company    General Postal.

For any larger size and weight, for a more economical cost, shipments are also made with transport companies, always in consultation with our customer.

Delivery time

Οι αποστολές παραδίδονται μετά από 5 έως 7 εργάσιμες ημέρες μετά την ετοιμασία τους από το κατάστημα μας. Γίνεται συνεννόηση με τον πελάτη και προγραμματισμός παράδοσης. 

Θα θέλαμε να ενημερώσουμε τους αξιότιμους πελάτες μας πως ότι δείγμα αποστέλλουμε υπάρχει επιβάρυνση το κόστος του αντικείμενου και τα μεταφορικά !!!

Shipping cost

The door-to-door courier shipping cost is as follows:

General Postal: Package weighing up to 2 kilos  the cost of the shipment amounts to  5,50 €.

Το κόστος αντικαταβολής ανέρχεται στα  3,00 €

Over 2 kilos each kilogram is subject to a charge  1,80 €.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD
For shipments abroad, the company ships its products after being informed of the immediate payment of the money or the respective advance payment via bank transfer with a pan-European IVAN number.
After placing your order via the Internet, we send you a breakdown according to the weight of the items you have ordered, all additional costs until the receipt of your package.
In this case you can request the cancellation of your order without any other requirement.
In case of acceptance, you should immediately deposit the money into the account we indicate so that we can start processing your order and serve you as soon as possible.
Especially for overseas to send favors, prefer NOT fragile items or perishable products.
The cost of transport costs depends on the weight of your package.

DELIVERY / OWNERSHIP / RISK
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory or abroad. The products will be sent to you at the place you indicated in the Order Form or by phone (in case of a phone order) in the way you have chosen.
The shipment is made through the method you have chosen with the corresponding charge of transport costs. Shipments will be made every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The calculation of the cost is NOT done automatically by our website, therefore, in case of a different charge, please inform us
In this case, a representative of our company will contact you to inform about the difference in cost, reserving the right to cancel your order if you disagree with this cost. After accepting the order, the company bears no responsibility and you must receive it.
The delivery time indicated on each product is approximate. weddingrafaela.gr will make every effort to ship the products to you as soon as possible.

MAJOR VIOLENCE
weddingrafaela.gr is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to weddingrafaela.gr or are due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution.
Examples may be strikes, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
